Zihni Memisoglu was born on January 3, 1966 in Rize. He started his business life at his young ages and as of 1992 GIMAS Ship Supply & Services Company was established by him in order to serve in the Ship Supply Sector. Besides İstanbul headquarter, He has extended firm’s operations in Turkey with Tuzla and Mersin branches. In addition to domestic operations, he has reshaped his firm’s road map with the vision of “Global Reach Personal Touch” and he has moved towards international locations. After a marketing office in Athens Greece in 2014, a new firm was established in Rotterdam Netherlands with a warehouse and office, in 2016. In addition to his own business, he has taken leading steps for Turkish Ship Supply Industry and he founded Turkish Ship Supply Association (TURSSA) in 2003. As the founder president, he managed the Association between 2003-2011 and he was reelected as the President again in 2021. Zihni Memisoglu leads the Assocaition with the vision of “qualifed, trustable and eco friendly service bridge between land suppliers and maritime industry” Memisoglu joins ISSA and OCEAN meetings regularly and represents the Association as the TURSSA President. He highlights the importance of ship supply sector within maritime industry and he leads the Association in coordination with in public institutions to reach the recognition target of the Sector. Also, he is the member of Turkish Chamber of Shipping Council and Turkish Chamber of Shipping’s Ship Suppliers Professional Committee. Also, he is the member of (TURMEPA) Turkish Marine Enviroment Protection Association. He is married and has three children.
Born in Batman in 1965, Simsek completed his secondary education in İzmir Aliağa High School in 1983. Between 1986 and 1991, he was in London/England to receive training on Management Sciences, Business Administration and Marketing. After returning to Turkey in 1992, Simsek started his commercial life in his family business which is a maritime company operating in Nemrut/Aliaga. Simsek focused on areas that he sees applications in international platforms, but does not operate in Turkey and its close by. He also worked on these subjects in his own companies, which he started to establish in 1996. Currently, the founder, owner and Chairman of the Board of Management of AVS Global Ship Supply and Management company, Simsek is also the head of Q Shipping B.V. in the Netherlands. Simsek is married and has two children. He is fluent in English and Kurdish.
Born in Corum (Mecitozu) in 1973, Bilgin graduated from the Maritime Business & Management Department at the Maritime Faculty of Dokuz Eylul University in Izmir. Mr. Bilgin acted as Chairman of a ship supply company, between the years from 2000 to 2016. After having transfered his shares to his partners, in 2016, Bilgin founded “Mare Supply & Services (Turkey)”. With over 25 years of experience Mare Supply & Services provides a “Shipping Supply Agency” service (which is a new vision in Turkey), and consists of a completely marine staff. Currently; he is CEO and founder of “Mare Trading LLC (USA)” and also has been acting as the Turkish representative of ‘Seven Seas Group’ which has ship supply offices worldwide. Bilgin, who has been acting as the Member of the Board of Governors and Secretary General of the Turkish Ship Suppliers Association (TURSSA), Member of the Board of Governors at the Turkish Maritime Association (TURDEF) and also taken place as manager and member in many local & international non-governmental organizations. In his social life, Bilgin, is a member of the Association of Dokuz Eylul University Maritime Faculty Graduates (DEFMED), Turkish Marine Environment Protection Association (TURMEPA) and member of the Congress of the Besiktas Gymnastics Club (BJK) & a track/rally pilot licensed by the Turkish Automobile Sport Federation (TOSFED) and holds various cups/ratings in track championships. Bilgin who is married, has a daughter and a son, has a good command of English language.

In 2001, he started his business life at their family owned company. He has partnerships with different companies in Maritime sector which are Duty free sales,ship agency and Maritime Transport services also he has been working as General Manager in Falcon Tax Free Store Management & Trade Inc.He is married and has 2 children. He speaks English fluently.
He was born in Istanbul in 1957. He graduated from Zografyon Private Greek Highschool for Boys. He is the founder of Atlas International Provision Companies. He’s been active in the ship supply industry in Turkey since 1979. Yorgo Saris, is married with two children. Saris is fluent in English and Greek. He is the founder and a board member of TURSSA and since 2011 he’s been serving as the president of the association.
